## Models and code

The Phonon-2 weights are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, which they inherit from NVIDIA's Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3. Our command line and the code in our public repositories are released under the Apache License 2.0. Those licences govern your use of the weights and the code, which are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
