These terms apply to fermionresearch.com and to the models and code Fermion Research, Inc. publishes. Detta, our dictation application for the Mac, is governed by its own Terms of Use at fermionresearch.com/products/detta/terms and its own Privacy Policy at fermionresearch.com/products/detta/privacy; those documents, not this page, set out the rules for using Detta.
Models and code
The Phonon-2 weights are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, which they inherit from NVIDIA's Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3. Our command line and the code in our public repositories are released under the Apache License 2.0. Those licences govern your use of the weights and the code, which are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
